If this English text and the Dutch version differ, the Dutch version prevails.
Your data remains yours. On this page you can read which data you can export from PhiFlow, in which format, and how switching to another provider works. The arrangements are set out in article 12 of our general terms and conditions.
What you can export
| Data | Format |
|---|---|
| Data that you entered in PhiFlow or had retrieved from your own systems | CSV or JSON |
| Outputs that PhiFlow has produced for you, such as reports, analyses, summaries, scores, recommendations and draft text | CSV, JSON or the original file format |
| Settings, tasks, comments and decisions in your workspace | CSV or JSON |
| Files that you uploaded | the original file format |
With each export we supply a description of the fields and of how the files relate to each other, so that you or a new provider can use the data. We use open, common formats: CSV and JSON in UTF-8.
Not exportable are items that belong to us: the software, models, logic, templates, internal configuration, documentation and anonymised statistics.
Requesting an export
Send an email to [email protected] stating the name of your workspace. You can do this at any time, including during the term of your agreement. We deliver the export within 30 days, usually sooner.
Switching to another provider
- Termination. You terminate with a notice period of no more than two months. Name the new provider or your own environment, or state that you want the data to be deleted.
- Transition period. After the notice period, a transition period of no more than 30 days follows. PhiFlow then continues to work and we assist with the switch. If this is not technically feasible within 30 days, we will let you know within 14 working days and propose a longer period of no more than seven months.
- Retrieval. After that you have at least 30 more days to retrieve your data.
- Deletion. After that we delete your data. On request we confirm this. Copies in backups disappear within 90 days.
Costs
From 12 January 2027 we do not charge any costs for switching. Until that date we charge at most the costs that we incur directly for your switch, and we notify you of these in advance.
